What are your homes made of?
Our Log Homes are built entirely of concrete and offer the exact look and texture of natural wood logs while eliminating the problems associated with wood log home construction.

Are the All-Concrete Log Homes pre-fab?
No – only the log claddings, rafters & balusters are pre-fabricated.
How long does it take to build?
Our average construction time from groundbreaking is 8-10 months depending on the size of your home.
Can I customize the floor plan and exterior design?
Yes – we can either modify our standard floor plans and designs to perfectly fit your requirements or we can also produce a fully customized home specifically for you.
Can you build in other areas outside Tagaytay?
Yes – we accept projects in the following areas:

What is the minimum size lot needed to build?
Ideally, a lot should be no smaller than 12x15 SQM (or equivalent to 180 SQM) for our smallest unit.
How does the payment schedule work?

5% Engagement Fee is paid to begin the design phase of your home.

20% Down Payment is paid after the design phase and will start the construction phase of your home.

72% Equal Monthly Payments are spread out over the construction period and are paid on a monthly basis.

3% Retention Fee is paid upon turnover.

Do you use any wood?
Real wood is used for the doors and cabinets of your home.
Can you design and build any other style house/design?
Yes – we also specialize in the design and construction of southern style homes, modern and contemporary homes, and traditional homes to name a few. As an architecture, engineering, and construction firm, Andrews & Company can also design and build other home styles to meet your needs.

What is the roof made of?
Asphalt shingles, which combine both aesthetic and durability benefits, are used for our All-Concrete Log Homes.
What is the floor made of?
Ceramic tiles are used for the flooring of our All-Concrete Log Homes (both inside and outdoor areas). The color and designs of the tiles can be customized to your preference.
What is included in the bathroom?
Upon turnover, bathrooms (depending on type) will be equipped with a water closet, lavatory, and faucets. Items that are not included are detailed in our Standard Exclusions list.
Can you change the color of the logs?
Yes – the color of the logs can be customized to fit your design preference.
Can we upgrade from your standard finishes to our preferred finishes?
Yes – you may choose to upgrade our standard finishes to your preferred finishes. However, the cost difference to upgrade will be added on to the construction cost of your home.
Can we add more cabinets?
Yes – additional cabinets, whether in the bedrooms or the kitchen, can be added. The fees for the supplemental cabinets that are outside of our standard shall be added on to the construction cost of your home.
